RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
All refunds will be credited in the original form of payment used when the order was placed.

AS LONG AS ITEMS ARE IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION, UNWORN, UNWASHED, HAVE THE TAGS ATTACHED AND ARE ACCOMPANIED BY THE ORIGINAL INVOICE.

  • You may return an item within 7 days after receipt.
  • You may exchange an item within 7 days of receipt for another item or store credit.
  • Shoes must be in their original box.
  • No refunds are available for sale items ? only exchange or store credit.
  • Gift Certificates are not refundable.

Bikini & Underwear Policy
For obvious reasons, Hipkat does not accept returns of bikinis or underwear. Sorry

What do I do if I received my order in the mail, but it's wrong?
Just send it back to us at: 3497 East Colonial Dr. #G46, Orlando, FL, 32803. Include the product, a note explaining the mistake, and your Order number. We will send out the correct merchandise right away. And Please e-mail us about any problems at info@hipkatapparel.com.

What do I do if I?ve received my order, but ordered the wrong size?
If the Product is not worn, washed or damaged you can send it back to us for an exchange. (Please review the return exchange policy before sending anything.) It must be in its original condition including tags. Please include your original invoice, order number and a note explaining the exchange. Send your exchanges to: Hipkat, 3497 East Colonial Dr. #G46, Orlando, FL, 32803. Please make sure that we have the desired size in stock before sending back.

Can I return/exchange items purchased over the internet at the store or vice-versa?
Yes you can. (Please review the return exchange policy for conditions.)

Can I cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we do not offer order cancellation. Once you get the item(s) you can return it/exchange it for a different one. (Please review the return exchange policy before sending anything.)

What if I wrote the wrong address?
Hipkat is not responsible for lost packages if you did not properly submit the correct shipping address with your order.

How long will it be until my order ships?
If in stock, orders placed before 11am will be shipped same day in most cases, orders placed after 11am will be shipped the following business day. International shipping times vary.

I have not received my order, why?
Shipping can take up to 2-3 weeks. If an incorrect address was provided, your order could have had an attempted delivery, and been returned to us. If this is the case, a Hipkat representative will contact you as soon as it is received. If you have any questions please e-mail us at info@hipkatapparel.com.

Can I place an order without a credit card?
Yes. We do take money orders or cashiers checks. No personal checks for internet orders.To place your order, just go through the process of ordering on the website until you get to the order total page, print two copies of that page, then send one copy along with a money order or cashiers check for the total to: Hipkat, 3497 East Colonial Dr. #G46, Orlando, FL, 32803. Please don't forget to send us your contact/shipping information. We don?t recommend ordering this way because we can?t guarantee how long it will take for your order to get to us and for us to ship it out to you. Plus, there is always a chance that we might run out of an item by the time we receive your order.

Why is my credit card being denied?
Here are the reasons why your card might be denied:

  • The Credit card company processing your card, for whatever reason has deemed that there are not enough funds or too many transactions on your account to process this order. You will need to contact your credit card or bank company.
  • The credit card information you entered did not pass our Billing Address Verification Check. When we check a card for available funds, we also check to make sure that the billing address of the card matches what the user entered. This is one way that we protect our customers from fraud. If the billing address doesn?t match, then the order gets declined.
  • I keep trying to place my order but it?s not going through. Why?
    Make sure you have filled out all of the fields, including the country you will ship to. If you still have problems, e-mail info@hipkatapparel.com with a description of your problem and we?ll look into your specific case.

What is the Card Code?
The card code is a three or four digit number located on the back of credit cards and bank cards. This number is an added fraud protection feature used when someone is purchasing a product online or over the phone.

I hate spam mail, you?re not going to use my personal information for anything else, are you?
Absolutely not, we use your information for shipping purposes only, and your e-mail to contact you if there is an issue with your order. Your credit card number is stored in an encrypted secure format.

Hipkat may occasionally update these Purchasing Terms. When we do, we will also revise the "last updated" date at the bottom of the purchasing terms. You understand that Hipkat reserves the right to make these changes and that you are responsible for regularly reviewing the Purchasing Terms, as posted on this website. Continued access to or use of the Hipkat online store website and after any such change shall constitute your consent to such change.
